Vello Homes are a family run property development team with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in small scale, high quality, bespoke housing developments.
A 'VH' logomark was developed using the universal shape of a house, which is repeated and turned on it's head to create a distinctive, minimal mark to sit alongside the company name.
The identity process coincided with the completion of the companies most recent development site, All Saints Close, which also required various marketing materials to be produced, heavilly featuring the new Vello Homes branding.
Applications for the identity include company stationery, signage and digital assets, with the branding also being applied to the development brochures, including a copper foiled folder, along with individual property inserts, site plans and specification sheets. The site itself also features branded banners, signage, wayfinding and site boards.
