BMA Estates approached the studio as an ambitious start up about to enter into a highly competitive market with a desire to create a eye-catching brand to help stand out against the crowd.

A simple observation formed the base was developed making use of a conveniently positioned letter 'E', which provided an opportunity to incorporate a simple graphic synonymous with property.
The key device can be used in isolation or as part of a word mark and features on all applications, including brochures, stationery, advertising, signage, sale boards, umbrellas and even the company cars.
